By booking an appointment with Simply Remarkable, you agree to the following $40.00 non-refundable deposit clause. This clause is designed to ensure that all clients receive the best possible service and to compensate for any inconvenience caused by missed appointments or failure to follow pre-treatment instructions.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit:

For certain services offered by Simply Remarkable, a $40.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. This deposit serves as a commitment to your appointment and covers administrative costs and potential loss of business due to your reservation.

2. Missed Appointments:

In the event that you miss your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling, your $40.00 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. "Missed appointments" include no-shows and appointments cancelled with insufficient notice.

3. Failure to Follow Pre-Treatment Instructions:

Certain treatments offered by Simply Remarkable require specific pre-treatment instructions to ensure the best possible outcome and client safety. If you fail to follow the provided pre-treatment instructions and this results in the inability to perform the scheduled service, your $40.00 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

4. Rescheduling Due to Missed Appointments:

If you wish to reschedule an appointment that was missed or cancelled without proper notice, a new non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the new appointment slot.

5. Use of Non-Refundable Deposit:

The non-refundable deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the scheduled service. Any remaining balance after deducting the deposit will be due at the time of the appointment.

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule an appointment and avoid forfeiting your non-refundable deposit, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. This can be done by calling our office at 253-431-5181 or using our online booking system.

7. Emergency Situations:

In the case of verifiable emergencies or extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending your appointment or following pre-treatment instructions, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider such situations on a case-by-case basis.
